Arduino-LMIC V4.0.0 was released last night. Key features:
- robust operation with TTN V3 when combined with Arduino-LoRaWAN V0.9.0.
- good join behavior in US915 and AU915 regions, even if subband is not selected.
Also included are the usual kinds of bug fixes, etc. A lot of things fell off the release schedule due to time. Hope to be able to look at them soon.
